Privacy Policy

This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (referred to as the “Agreement”), which is posted and/or accessible online on the Site’s domain, as well as any other agreements concluded with the User or that may be concluded with the User. 

By using the services of the Site, the User agrees to the Confidentiality Policy concerning personal data of the Site (referred to as the “Confidentiality Policy”) and willingly consents to the following methods of processing Personal Information: collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction for the purposes established by this Policy, whether automated means or not are used. If the Customer/User disagrees with the terms of the Confidentiality Policy, they should not provide personal data by filling in the relevant forms.

The Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that the Site can receive about the Customer/User during their use of the Site, programs, and products of the Site.

Purpose of Collection of Personal User Information

The Site can use the personal data of the Customer/User for the following purposes:

  1. Verifying the identity of Users registered on the Site.

  2. Providing Users with access to the Site’s resources and partners.

  3. Communicating with Users, including phone calls, notifications, and requests related to Site usage, service delivery, processing of User requests and applications, and sending advertisements and information about promotions and other Site services.

  4. Locating Users to ensure safety and prevent fraud.

  5. Confirming the authenticity and completeness of personal data provided by Users.

  6. Offering Users effective customer and technical support for any issues related to Site usage.

  7. Informing Users about service updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Site or its partners.

  8. Conducting the Site’s advertising activities.

  9. Providing Users with access to the websites or services of the Site’s partners to receive products, updates, and services.

Information to be Collected (Personal Information)

We collect the following types of information:

  1. Technical Information: Automatically collected by the Site’s software during your visit.

  2. Personal Information: Provided by the user when filling out the appropriate form or obtained by the Site through social networks.

  3. Other Information: Provided by the User at their discretion.

Technical Information

When you visit the Site, the Site Administration automatically collects information from standard server logs. This includes your computer’s IP address (or a proxy server if used to access the Internet), the name of your Internet service provider, the domain name, the type of browser and operating system, information about the site or page on social networks that linked you to the Site, the Site pages you visit, the date and time of these visits, files, and Cookies. We analyze this information in an aggregated (anonymized) form to assess Site traffic and use it to develop proposals for its improvement and development. The connection between your IP address and your personal information will never be disclosed to third parties, except where agreed upon or required by law.

Additionally, anonymized technical information on Site traffic is collected by the statistical counters integrated into the Site.

Personal Information Provided in Person

To finalize the Agreements, the User may provide the following personal data about themselves or their organization and its representatives: first name, middle name, last name, position, and phone number. Additionally, they may provide the organization’s name, corporate registration data (such as an enterprise code, tax number, registration and postal addresses), corporate telephone number, current account details, the name of the servicing bank, and a correspondent account, among other information. The specified information about the organization does not qualify as personal data.

Obligations of Parties

User Obligations:

  1. Provide the necessary personal data for Site use within the framework of the User Agreement or for concluding the Agreement.

  2. If entering into a Contract with the Site Owner, update and amend the provided personal data in case of any changes.

Site Administration/Representative/Owner Obligations:

  1. Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in this Confidentiality Policy.

  2. Ensure the storage of confidential information, not disclosing it without the User’s prior permission, and not selling, exchanging, publishing, or otherwise disclosing the personal data provided by the User. User personal data may be stored for a fixed period and/or provided to authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner established by law.

  3. Take measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s data according to the procedures normally used to protect this type of information in existing business practices.

  4. Destroy or block the User’s data from the moment of the request or application by the User, their legal representative, or an authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects’ rights during the verification period, in case of detecting unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

Protection of Collected Information

The Site employs all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the confidentiality of User data. Only employees who need access to personal data to perform their work functions can access User information.

The User acknowledges that if they handle the safe storage of personal data negligently, third parties may gain unauthorized access. The Site is not liable for any damages resulting from such access. We recommend that Users use complex passwords consisting of both digits and letters.

Additional Terms and Conditions

The Administration/Representative of the Site/Site Owner reserves the right to make changes to this Confidentiality Policy without the User’s consent or notification. It is the User’s responsibility to review the updated version of the Confidentiality Policy, which governs the rules for Site use. Changes to the Confidentiality Policy will take effect upon being posted on the Site unless stated otherwise in the new edition.

This Confidentiality Policy is developed and enforced following current United States legislation on protecting individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
